An accurate market appraisal is essential when selling your probate property. It has to demonstrate you have taken reasonable care for tax purposes and in order to meet the expectations of the beneficiaries. We go to great lengths to document the valuation in a clear and concise report written by trained valuation specialists. This gives you the evidence and support you need when selling the property.

To ensure that you achieve the right price we will ask at least two agents to value the probate property. If introduced to the market at the right price you stand a much better chance of selling in your preferred timescale.
