Garden maintenance specialists will visit the property on a regular basis in order to keep it tidy and well presented ahead of any viewings. We also make sure that the house is empty of all belongings and comprehensively cleaned ahead of sale. This puts you in the best position to achieve a sale and we can arrange this on your behalf. |
It’s hard to determine who may have a spare key to the property so it is therefore essential to have the locks changed. For added security you can also have a new alarm system fitted. |

| If the house is unoccupied for 30 days or more you may not be covered by the existing insurance. Vacant property cover gives you peace of mind that you are protected against any eventuality. We can organise this immediately at your request without time-consuming paperwork. | We will also supply you with a £1,000 fund to cover the costs that is paid on completion, so that you don’t have to spend your own money on the property during what is undoubtedly a difficult time. |
