Training programme helps local school leavers

Property specialists, Move with Us who are based in St Ives have a training programme for all school leavers and graduates interested in the property market.

The programme lasts for a year and all trainees rotate around the business areas every three months. They also have an opportunity to gain work experience in core support functions like finance, marketing and human resources. The company employ three new recruits every three months and after nine months at the company are able to apply for any current positions that they feel they are suited to.
