New valuation system shows homeowners the amount that improving
Move with Us have today launched a new online valuation tool that allows homeowners to find out an estimated value for their home which includes the value of any home improvements. This service is free of charge and information is gathered from home.co.uk the Land Registry figures as well as other local market considerations.
The new system enables homeowners to highlight home improvements which have been completed so that these can be factored into the valuation, proving a more accurate reflection of the house price.
Home improvements that can be factored into the property valuation include:
- Extra bedroom
- New kitchen
- New bathroom
- New conservative decoration
- Wooden flooring
- Loft coversion
- Central heating
- Conservatory
- Improve/landscape garden
- Alarm system
- Extra bathroom
- Double glazing
- Insulation
The online valuation will also show local house prices and will provide examples of similar properties that are on the market and are sold subject to contract.
