Move with Us launches 'perfect match' property service

Property specialist Move with Us which works with independent, accredited estate agents across the UK has launched a new service via its website that matches buyers with chain free properties perfectly suited to their unique circumstances.

They have identified different groups who would benefit from this type of service which include first time buyers, investors and growing families. Each of the perfect match properties has been identified as having an incentive to help buyers complete their purchase. These include whether part exchange is considered, stamp duty or deposits paid, if there is a 95%* mortgage available or whether a rental yield highlights an ideal investment opportunity.

The first of its kind, this service has proved an instant hit with property views on the website enjoying a 30% increase in the first two weeks since launch. Some of the groups benefiting from the perfect match service:

First time buyers: Many properties being matched with first time buyers come with an incentive attached, designed to provide a helping hand for those looking to be able to afford their first home. These include 95% mortgages*, having the stamp duty paid or money for a deposit.

Investors: All perfect match properties are realistically priced with the aim of reducing the time and hassle associated with buying investment property. Move with Us recognise that investors are searching for well priced properties with attractive rental yields and has based its search tool upon this criteria.
