Move with Us launches full Will writing service

Property specialist Move with Us has today announced the launch of a new Will writing service. The firm says that as it helps customers move home this is a natural and appropriate time for Wills to be created or if one already exists, to be reviewed and updated.

Through their asset management division Move with Us already has relationships with trusted Will writers regulated by the Institute of Professional Will Writers as well as a panel of solicitors. 

With this nationwide network of regulated and insured specialists, Move with Us will offer customers real choice in creating their Will. The new service, which will be available online via their Executor Services website, www.executorservices.co.uk, will use fully regulated Will writers and offers three choices of service*: 

1. Online – the ‘do-it-yourself’ option where the completed Will is checked and validated by a solicitor. Recommended for straightforward Wills where there are no inheritance tax concerns. 

2. Local office - a more in-depth look at the assets in an estate from a specialist Solicitor. 

3. ‘At home’ option – a full service using independent Will writers. 

There will be no tie ins on any of the services requiring the customer to appoint a particular executor, the main brunt of recent criticism of existing Will suppliers. Additionally, each year Move with Us will review the customer’s circumstances to ensure that the Will is kept up to date and makes the most of any changes in tax or trust law.
