"I was originally employed as a trainee which meant I worked in different departments to gain an overall picture of what Move with Us does.

I spent my first three months in the conveyancing department. From conveyancing I moved to developer and then to asset management.

I have now been offered a permanent position as a Valuation Manager, valuing properties on behalf of the developers for part exchange and already feel part of the team and as if I have been here for many years.

Through my experience as a trainee I feel I have gained a good understanding of what the company does and how each department helps provide the services Move with Us can offer. I would recommend the trainee program to anyone."

Solicitor Relationship Manager

"I have worked for Move with Us for nearly 15 years and I can honestly say the company never sits still as we are constantly looking to improve and develop our services. We have gone from a small team of five to a large team of over 300 but that does not change our passion to improve.

My roles have changed from working part time in the evening call centre, to running the solicitor relationship team. We have been through some challenging markets, including tough financial climates, but our team is still growing. I think this shows the strength of the business and the leadership we have.

Move with Us has sent me on some very effective training courses that have helped me to develop my skills and experience. I also work within a very supportive management team.

I enjoy coming to work each and every day, there is always something new to learn. It can be very stressful at times, but always interesting. I wonder what the next 15 years will bring and I hope I am still here to see it happen."
